Hey, Brad Browning here… and in this video, I’m going to tell you exactly how you can save your marriage today, even if you’re the only one putting in the effort. I’ve covered this topic before on my channel, but since then, I’ve discovered some brand-new tips and tricks that will help you build a stronger and more resilient marriage.

But just a brief housekeeping here… I recently just started a BRAND-NEW Instagram account… so if you want to check out some great relationship memes, quotes, and tips, just follow me! My handle is @breakupbradbrowning… and I’ll also be sure to link to my Instagram account in the description below as well.

Now… this is obviously going to be a massive topic and I’m going to try and cover as much as I can here. And even though this video might be a bit lengthy, I promise that if you watch this ENTIRE video to the end, you’ll learn several tips and tricks that you can use today to help improve your marriage today.

And of course, I know that ALL marriages are different… so what I’m going to do is share a framework for tackling the most common marital problems. However, if you have a specific question regarding your marriage, then leave those questions in the comments section below and I’ll definitely do my best to get back to each and every one of you.

Well… let’s jump right into it, shall we?

So… this video is for people whose husband or wife have announced that they’re just not happy anymore in their marriage. Maybe it’s because you argue too much, maybe it’s because your sex life is non-existent, or maybe it’s because you can’t seem to reconcile a few problems that have been plaguing your marriage for the last little while.

You might have even heard your spouse say some things that you can’t get out of your mind… maybe they’ve said things like, “I’m just not happy with you anymore”… or … “I want a divorce”… or… “I’m not in love with you anymore.” Maybe they’ve said something even WORSE, and you’re not sure if you can overcome that hurdle.

BUT… as bad as it may seem, with enough time, coaching, motivation, and planning, you CAN turn your marriage around. I know this for sure because I’ve seen it happen THOUSANDS of times. And believe me, however bad you think your situation is, I can guarantee you that I’ve seen marriages that are 10 times worse than what you’re going through right now.

Of course, that’s not to say that this is going to be a walk in the park. Marriages are hard. And sometimes, depending on the situation, things might get even HARDER before they start to improve. BUT… if you’re dedicated to fixing your marriage, and have the grit and resilience to commit to it, then you will have a fantastic chance to rebuild that dream marriage that you and your spouse deserve.

Now… before I get into various tips and tricks that you can do right now to fix your marriage, first let me tell you what NOT to do. Most of the clients that I coach do at least ONE of these mistakes on a regular basis… and let me tell you, it doesn’t matter what you do to try and improve your marriage if you’re still committing at least one of these mistakes.

I call them my “Big Marital Mistakes”… or BMM’s for short!

So let’s just jump right into them, shall we?

    1. In other words, if it’s a toxic relationship before the breakup even happened? Yes, moving on and never looking back should be the top choice.

  1. No Contact is crazy good. I thought it was gonna be dumb I got my girlfriend back less than 2 weeks. I’m not paid or anything to say this but. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH BRAD! I got the love of my life back and I owe you 100% you’re literally a hero. Thank you thank you thank you. I’ll recommend you to my friends when it happens to them. You’re a hero

  2. hi brad, please help me with my situation, my ex contact me after two weeks of break up, she message me last night telling me that she want to return my stuff, but i was busy on the time so i ddnt reply, in the morning she try to call me 3times but i ddnt answer coz busy doing morning stuff, then she message again saying” she just call to talk about the stuff, and she knew that im moving on, she said sorry for everything” please help me what to say or do, i really love her and i want her back.

    1. Tell her you don’t need the stuff back at this moment and that you’ll contact her when the time comes. On your end, make sure to at least employ the 30-day “no contact” rule or more, given the lockdown everywhere. Use this time to focus more on yourself!

  3. Just signed up for your personal email coaching tonight. I can’t wait to get started. Starting a trial separation (about 6 months) at the end of this month with my husband and I’m dreading it. I’m ready to have my husband back.

  4. Hi I have been with my husband for 20 years and we have been arguing for 1 month he has been so cold he stated that he has been holding his feelings and his heart is cold and it took him to say he is not in love with me but still loves me . He blames me for only caring about myself and not the family and his new job that he got he is priority was family and made him confidence . I love him so much I know we are meant to be and he knows it too but is angry and hurt . I need advice and help to keep my marriage and have my husband back cause he is there then turns around

  5. Hi Brad, I currently live with my wife and she came to me about 2 weeks ago saying she doesn’t feel a connection with us anymore and alot of other things and she needs space. I’ve been giving her space and am currently on day 10 of no contact, more like limited contact because we talk about important things only. Should I be doing no contact or trying to work on things? She hasn’t blantly said she wants a divorce but it feels like it could be leaning that way.

    1. Sorry to hear that. When did all the trouble started and what has caused it? These are my top two marriage videos which may help: http://y2u.be/WU0yhd3ADXU and http://y2u.be/W_vzHFqnasM but it’s really challenging for me to know where to give you a headstart, knowing only so little of the situation… Sign up for my Mend the Marriage coaching program so I can help take a look at all the other factors at play and find out what’s really going on, monitor your situation, and guide you on a regular, ongoing basis at http://www.marriageguy.com/coaching

    1. Nope, this is all about saving one’s marriage. I have more videos posted about how to save your relationship. Check those out instead.

  6. ok… and why would you sick your hand back in that fire?
Some must just like the pain?
The only winning move is not to play.

    1. I understand what you’re saying, but each person has his/her own reasons for why they either choose to get back together with an ex or let go totally. You can’t speak for them because it’s their life, not yours to decide. Granted, not all relationships are meant to be salvaged, especially abusive ones and/or one that involves numerous instances of infidelity, but some are worth saving. This all depends on what kind of relationship you have and if you decide to move on or fight for it. There is no wrong answer on whatever your decision is. 🙂 Anyway thanks for your input!

  7. Hi there, my husband and I are in deep love but he cheated on me with low class divorced women all the time. He always got caught.
I don’t know what is wrong and how to fix him.

    1. All the time? That’s just sad. Sorry to hear that. Anyway are you both actively building your marriage back up now or is your spouse still continuing the affair? If it’s the former, this may help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FNa8nYnposM but if it’s the latter, then I’m sorry, but there’s very little you can do here, especially if your spouse doesn’t seem to be regretting their actions and asking to actively repair your marriage. Most of the time, a lot of people would move on, but a few would still fight for the marriage, so this all depends which side you’re on and what your views are. But take into consideration about what I’ve mentioned here, too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m27TLeyUmwg&t=9s There is no right or wrong answer here because it is your marriage and it’s personal to you. Make sense? Anyway men and women cheat for different reasons, but if you think your spouse is worth it, then try to see the roles that you BOTH played that led to all this mess and see once and for all if it can be resolved or not, okay?

  8. Brad! Thank you man. I purchased your Mend the Marriage E-Book… albeit a little doubtful because the purchase process became very “salesy” BUT I was willing to give it a try to uncover anything that would be helpful. Needless to say… those 271 pages were PACKED with absolutely FANTASTIC information, and I was able to IMMEDIATELY use dozens of your suggestions and every single one has been helpful! I honestly would have naturally made things worse on my own. Having your advice to guide me through this, I can tell has already been able to begin the improvement process in our relationship. We’re still at the beginning of the turmoil and repair but… I can tell… as long as I keep following your advice… we will be able to successfully get back to the “Bliss Stage”… Thanks again man 🙏🏾

    1. This warms my heart to hear it, man. I’m ecstatic this my e-book has helped you out. I believe you’re all set, but you can watch my videos as reference to the book from time to time, should you need it. Comment down if you need any clarification. Cheers! 🙂
